At Hat Club, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your headwear. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn hats in their original box or a sturdy shipping container to prevent crushing, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
